Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
US Domestic Shipping

Cold Chain Shipping
Research peptide compounds requiring temperature-controlled shipping are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit. Cold-chain shipping may have additional cost and may require expedited delivery to ensure compound viability.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
For shipments arriving damaged or lost in transit, contact research@advancedpeptidescience.com within 7 days of expected delivery date. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may incur reshipment fees.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided in the shipment confirmation email for all shipped orders.
