Refund and Returns Policy
Research Product Return Policy
Research peptide compounds are research-grade chemicals supplied for in vitro and in vivo scientific research applications. Due to the nature of these products and the requirements for maintaining product integrity and traceability, return and refund policies for research peptide compounds are limited as described below.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a research compound that is defective, damaged in transit, or does not match the product ordered, contact research@advancedpeptidescience.com within 7 days of receipt with:
- Order number
- Product name and batch identifier
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photographs of the affected product (preferred)
Verified defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect product (different from what was ordered), contact research@advancedpeptidescience.com within 7 days of receipt to arrange replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Products
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Research compounds that have been opened, partially used, or had their original packaging compromised
- Research compounds returned more than 7 days after receipt without documented defect or damage
- Research compounds where return shipping conditions cannot guarantee continued product integrity (e.g., compounds requiring temperature-controlled shipping returned without temperature-controlled conditions)
- Custom institutional configurations specifically formulated to a research laboratory specification
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5-10 business days of return verification.
Lost or Mis-Delivered Shipments
For shipments lost in transit or mis-delivered, contact research@advancedpeptidescience.com to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier. Replacement or refund will be issued upon carrier claim resolution.
